By creating an account or using Magic Adz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Magic Adz provides analytics and insights for Meta advertising. Insights and recommendations are informational only; you remain responsible for your advertising decisions and results.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Magic Metrics is offered as a Weekly (£4.99/week) or Yearly (£39.99/year) plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period.

You must not misuse the service, attempt to access it without authorisation, reverse engineer it, or use it in breach of Meta's policies or any law.

Magic Adz is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of Meta's platforms is subject to Meta's own terms.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or ad spend. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
